In 1977, I found a book in the library on making guitars, and it occurred to me: people, not machines, build guitars! So, I decided to build one. Since then, I have studied the craft, built hundreds of guitars, and found an unexpected passion and rewarding career.

For well over 40 years, I have specialized in the construction of nylon string guitars. My instruments have been played by highly respected musicians in many genres, including classical, jazz, and studio work. They have been played on numerous recordings and on many motion picture soundtracks including Goodfellas, The Straight Story, Blade Runner, Field of Dreams, Godfather 3, Seabiscuit, The Mexican, Cars, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, and many, many more.
